I really enjoyed the environment, the customers, and the coffee. We thrived off a 'family' mentality but some of the head people we looked up to were some of the ones we butted heads with. It was really fast all the time, which was good, making the hours fly.
I learned how to get along with every type of person and how to crack some of the hardest. I really enjoyed being so close to everyone and knowing that it was my safe place. The hardest part of the job was working with so many new people considering the turnover rate is RIDICULOUS. My favorite part about the job was all the easy laughs and friendships that were built through it.
Dutch Bros Employee Application![]()
Working at Dutch Bros has been very fun and rewarding as it has taught me a lot of very useful skills. At times the management and ownership has seemed to be a little lazy and unfocused on the job itself. Everyone is very friendly to work with but it can become a bit 'cliquey' at times. The hardest part of working at Dutch Bros is the fact that there are so many people that it makes hours pretty scarce. They are very flexible with hours and willing to work with you with any type of schedule you may have. Being a barista at a high volume coffee shop was very challenging, but my favorite job. I learned a lot about myself, overcoming the fear of talking and creating relationships with total strangers.
The management was very tidy and strict but we got rewarded with bonuses, gifts and company lunches. Download aashiqui 2 mashup by dj kiran kamath. Learning to work with a diverse group of people in a high stress environment was also challenging but very fun to say the least. The hardest part of working at Dutch Bros was trying to make every customer happy. There would be days where you felt like you couldn't do anything to correct what was wrong, even with a free coffee! Defiantly the most enjoyable part was working for such an amazing company. Dutch Bros genuinely cares about each and every employee, they work with you as much as possible and do what they can to better yourself inside and outside of work. They also genuinely about they're customers and community, what is more enjoyable than seeing smiling faces?
